DAARZO Modelcars uses two shipping partners, namely Bpost and PostNL. Your order(s) are generally processed, carefully packed and shipped within 2 working days. To reduce the impact on the environment, we try to use and/or reuse environmentally friendly packaging materials as much as possible.

DAARZO Modelcars cannot guarantee, that an order will be delivered on a specific day, as we use third parties for delivery. Our carriers try to deliver your order(s) as quickly as possible, however, delivery times may vary from country to country.

DAARZO Modelcars ships to most European countries. Outside Europe, we only ship to the United States. The shipping rate depends on the weight of your order(s). Below is a list of countries we ship to, with weight-based rates. 

The total weight of your order(s) is automatically calculated by our system and the shipping rate will be adjusted accordingly. Your total shipping cost, you will find in your shopping cart.

Returns

If you make use of your right of cancellation (as stated in our Terms and conditions), please use the form below to notify us. You must complete the form in full and send it to us (by e-mail) and return the products concerned to us within 14 days. The cost of returns is always for of the customer. Upon receipt, we will credit/refund the amount paid within 14 days.

Revocation Form

If you wish to return something due to damage, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. For damage(s), you can use our Customer service. You can use the email address listed there or the contact form for that. We will try to respond within 5 working days. Please do not return products yet, without agreement.
